Our licence

What the licence covers

The licence is a remote gambling software licence. It covers the manufacture, supply, installation and adaptation of gambling software by remote communication. It is a business-to-business licence. It does not allow us to run a gambling service for players, and we do not. The Gambling Commission public register is the authoritative source for the status of our licence, and that status can change.

Gambling Commission (Great Britain)

Games and Great Britain

Software supplied under the licence

Gambling software that is made available to players through an operator licensed by the Gambling Commission must meet the Commission’s Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards and be tested in line with its testing strategy before release.

Who we supply

Licensed operators

We supply operators that hold the licences they need for the markets they serve. We ask for licence details at the start of every conversation. If you see one of our games offered to players in Great Britain by an operator that does not appear to hold a Gambling Commission licence, please tell us by writing to our registered office, marked FAO Compliance.

Software standards

Testing and technical standards

Gambling software supplied for use under a Gambling Commission licence is subject to the Commission’s technical standards, to testing in line with its testing strategy and to registration requirements before release. Operators remain responsible for how games are offered to their players.

Game specifications are published for each title on its game page. Figures may differ by market or operator configuration, and the game documentation prevails.
