What the licence covers
- The manufacture, supply, installation and adaptation of gambling software by remote communication.
- Supply of titles that have been tested and registered for use under the licence to operators that are licensed by the Gambling Commission.
What it does not cover
- Offering gambling to the public. We are a software supplier, not an operator.
- Any other jurisdiction. The licence is a Great Britain licence. Other jurisdictions have their own requirements.
- Titles that are not supplied for use under the licence.
- Any approval, certification or endorsement by the Gambling Commission of our games or our business. The licence is a business licence.
Operators in Great Britain
Operators that offer our games to players in Great Britain must hold their own Gambling Commission licence. We ask operators for their licence details at the start of every conversation.
