2. What we collect
Information you give us. If you email or write to us, or ask for demonstration access, we use what you send us, which may include your name, job title, company, work email address, telephone number, the licences you hold and the content of your message. This website has no forms: you contact us by email or post.
Information about operators and partners. When we assess a prospective operator or partner, we may collect and check information about the business and, where relevant, its directors, owners and key staff (for example names, roles and licence details), from the business itself and from public sources such as the Gambling Commission’s public register and Companies House.
Information from our website. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that include your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and technical details such as browser type.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|

| To keep this website secure and working (server logs) | Legitimate interests (security and reliability) |
| To meet the requirements of our Gambling Commission licence and other laws, and to deal with regulators, courts and legal claims | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |

| To send you information about our games, if you are a business contact | We do not send marketing at present. |
Where we rely on legitimate interests we have considered the effect on you and believe our interests are not outweighed by your rights. You can ask us for details of that assessment.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- service providers that help us run our website and business (for example, hosting and email providers);
- professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers);
- the Gambling Commission and other regulators, law enforcement, courts and other authorities, where we are required or permitted to;
- prospective buyers or investors, and their advisers, in a business sale or investment, under confidentiality terms.
Our service providers act on our instructions under written contracts.
5. International transfers
Where a service provider processes personal information outside the United Kingdom, we take steps to make sure it is protected as UK data protection law requires.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, including any legal, regulatory or accounting requirement. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: ask for a copy of your personal information; have inaccurate information corrected; ask us to delete it; ask us to restrict how we use it; object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests; and, in some cases, receive it in a portable format. These rights have limits. To use a right, write to the registered office, marked FAO Privacy. We will usually reply within one month; the law allows us to take longer in some cases and to ask for information to confirm who you are. We do not make decisions about you using only automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
You do not have to give us your personal information, but we cannot answer an enquiry or carry out partner checks without some of it.
8. Complaints about how we use your personal information
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us. You can use the complaints process on our Complaints page. We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as we can, and in any case within the 30 days the law allows, look into it, keep you informed and tell you the outcome.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
